WE ARE

Theseus Foundation is a Colombian-born, globally focused nonprofit analysis and research organization that protects the rights to security, freedom, democracy, and justice through the fight against transnational organized crime: money laundering, corruption, human trafficking, and other offenses.

We are completely apolitical: we investigate regardless of who is behind it or what interests are affected.

We are criminal intelligence analysts, investigative journalists, and human rights defenders. We don't report what others uncover — we generate the intelligence others need to act.

We investigate drug trafficking networks, their links to transnational criminal structures, and their impact on vulnerable communities across Latin America.

Transnational human trafficking networks — financial structures, operational routes, and actors. We follow the money flows and the connections that sustain them.

Sexual Violence

We document the non-consensual distribution of intimate images, sexual exploitation on digital platforms, and the impunity mechanisms that perpetuate these crimes.
